The 3L+3N range uses an 8.9 mm device distance with 4 mm-wide, 15 mm-long pin contacts. Published configurations cover 210 and 1000 mm lengths, 24 and 108 modules, conductor cross-sections from 8 to 16 mm² and reference currents from 50 to 80 A.
