Acceptance and website scope

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of kaseey.com. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

The website is intended primarily for distributors, panel builders, equipment manufacturers, engineers, installers and other professional or business users. It provides company, product, application and technical information and a way to request documents, cooperation or quotations.

Product and technical information

Website content is general information and does not replace a controlled datasheet, certificate, drawing, instruction manual, risk assessment, local code review or professional engineering judgement. Images may show representative configurations. Ratings, standards, dimensions, accessories and certifications can vary by exact model, order code, production revision and destination market.

You are responsible for checking system voltage, current, fault level, polarity, environmental conditions, installation method, coordination requirements and applicable laws and standards. Selection, installation, testing and maintenance must be performed by appropriately qualified persons.

Enquiries, quotations and orders

Submitting a form or receiving an automated acknowledgement does not create a contract, reserve stock or confirm price, delivery, compliance or product suitability. A website request is an invitation for commercial discussion only.

An order becomes binding only under the quotation, pro forma invoice, sales contract, order acknowledgement or other commercial document expressly accepted by the relevant parties. Those documents take priority over website content and may contain separate terms covering price, payment, tooling, samples, delivery, inspection, warranty and dispute resolution.

Downloads and controlled documents

Catalogues, datasheets, drawings, certificates and other downloads may be revised or replaced. A document available online may not be the current controlled document for your exact order code. Request confirmation from KASEEY before relying on a document for procurement, certification, installation or regulatory submission.

You may download and use KASEEY materials for legitimate product evaluation, specification and resale support. You may not remove notices, misrepresent a document, alter technical values, or present a KASEEY document as applying to a different product.

Intellectual property

The website and its original text, graphics, product photographs, drawings, interface, trademarks, logos and compilations are owned by or licensed to KASEEY and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership right is transferred to you.
